July 28, 2008, 7:30 pm. White & Gray Lexus, license unknown. Black/Latino woman, mid-late 20s, watches as Black male, late 20s, engages in public urination while parked west-bound on the south side of 21st St. between South Ash St. and South Wilkenson St. Upon noticing he was being photographed black male begins to verbally threaten photographer saying, “You want a picture of my balls? Get the fuck down here I’ll give you a picture.” Suspect drives by 2 times continuing to make threats.
